City of Utica Board of Estimate & Apportionment – Regular Meeting November 12, 2024 The meeting is called to order at 3:05 P.M. Present: Michael Galime, Mayor; William Morehouse, Comptroller; Katie Aiello, 1st District Councilmember Also Present: Andrew Castilla, Deputy City Clerk Almir Kaltak, Budget Director; Nicholas Bridenbecker, Engineering RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE INCORPORATION OF STATE AID, $55,343 TO CONTRACTED SERVICES. THESE FUNDS WILL BE USED TO BUILD A STRONG AND LASTING PURCHASING DEPARTMENT A motion is made by Councilmember Aiello The motion is seconded by Morehouse Ayes: Aiello, Morehouse, Galime – 3 Nays: 0 Adopted. RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE CDBG FUNDING INTO THE CITY OF UTICA BUDGET. 50TH YEAR CDBG EXPENSE AND REVENUE ACCOUNTS A motion is made by Mayor Galime The motion is seconded by Morehouse Ayes: Galime, Morehouse, Aiello – 3 Nays: 0 Adopted. RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A TRANSFER OF FUNDS. $400,000 TOTAL FROM INTREST ACCOUNT AND CDBG FUNDING. RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A TRANSFER OF FUNDS, $100,000 FROM PATHWAY TO JUSTICE CAREER TO HARBOR POINT SOCCER FIELD.
