City of Utica Board of Estimate & Apportionment – Regular Meeting January 21, 2025 The meeting is called to order at 3:05 P.M. Present: William Morehouse, Comptroller; Katie Aiello, 1st District Councilmember; David Short, DPW Commissioner Also Present: Andrew Castilla, Deputy City Clerk; Almir Kaltak, Budget Director; David Longeretta, Corporation Counsel; Charles Brown, Corporation Counsel; Nicholas Bridenbecker, Deputy City Engineer RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A TRANSFER OF FUNDS: $26,000 TO REPAIRS FROM CONTRACTED SERVICES. $7,000 TO CUSTODIAL SUPPLIES FROM CONTRACTED SERVICES. TO PAY INVOICES OUT OF THE CORRECT ACCOUNTS AND FILL NEGATIVE BALANCES A motion is made by Councilmember Aiello The motion is seconded by Morehouse Ayes: Aiello, Morehouse, Short – 3 Nays: 0 Adopted.
