Present: Diana Koury, Deputy Comptroller; Katie Aiello, 1st District Councilmember; David Short, DPW Commissioner Rocco Giruzzi, Common Council President Also Present: Melissa Sciortino, City Clerk; Andrew Castilla, Deputy City Clerk; Almir Kaltak, Budget Director RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF UP TO $5,000,000 IN REVENUE ANTICIPATION NOTES A motion is made by Councilmember Aiello The motion is seconded by Giruzzi Ayes: Aiello, Giruzzi, Koury, Short – 4 Nays: 0 Adopted. RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A SETTLEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $115,000 A motion is made by Councilmember Aiello The motion is seconded by Giruzzi Ayes: Aiello, Giruzzi, Koury, Short – 4 Nays: 0 Adopted. RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE INCORPORATION OF MONIES RECEIVED FROM THE NEW ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $75,000. MONEY WILL BE USED FOR THE NORTH UTICA COMPREHENSIVE STREAM CORRIDOR AND FLOOD RISK ASSESSMENT PROJECT A motion is made by Councilmember Aiello The motion is seconded by Giruzzi Ayes: Aiello, Giruzzi, Koury, Short – 4 Nays: 0 Adopted.
