Board of Estimate & Apportionment RESOLUTION 2022 Sponsored by: WHEREAS, the Mayor has entered into a tentative agreement by and between the City of Utica and the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc., Local 1000, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, dated _________________; and WHEREAS, the tentative agreement contains certain expenditures that need to be approved by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment; and WHEREAS, the said expenditures and terms are as outlined in the attached tentative agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Estimate and Apportionment hereby approves the terms and conditions of a tentative agreement between the City of Utica and the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc., Local 1000, AFSCME, AFL- CIO, dated _______________.
