Outlay $3,616,341.37 EXPLANATION: To incorporate the NYS DOT CHIPs funding into the 2024-2025 Paving Project.  RESOLUTION 2024-2025 Fiscal Year BY : RESOLVED, The City Comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to incorporate the NYS FY21 UPD Tactical Team grant into the 2024-2025 City budget as follows: Dr. Cr. A413 338921 UPD 2021 Tactical Team $ 69,000.00 A53134 202 2021 Tact Team – Other Equip $ 63,000.00 A53134 408 2021 Tact Team – Ed & Train $ 6,000.00 EXPLANATION: To incorporate the FY21 Tactical Team Team Grant into the City budget as per request from Chief Williams. This grant will be used to improve and develop SWAT team capabilities.  RESOLUTION 2024-2025 Fiscal Year BY : RESOLVED, The City Comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to incorporate the NYS FY21 UPD Critical Infrastructure grant into the 2024-2025 City budget as follows: Dr. Cr. A413 338904 UPD Critical Infrastructure $ 50,000.00 A53144 202 Critical Infra. – Other Equip $ 50,000.00 EXPLANATION: To incorporate the FY21 Critical Infrastructure Grant into the City budget as per request from Chief Williams. A413 338929 UPD Canine Explosive Detection $ 15,000.00 A53129 103 Canine Exp Det – OT $ 4,000.00 A53129 202 Canine Exp Det – Equip $ 2,670.00 A53129 203 Canine Exp Det – Auto Eq $ 2,595.00 A53129 402 Canine Exp Det – Oth Supp $ 5,735.00 EXPLANATION: To incorporate the FY21 Explosive Canine Detection Team Grant into the City budget as per request from Chief Williams. This grant will be used to improve the canine detection team’s capabilities by providing training items and necessary supplies.
