Special Meeting Agenda City Council 6:30 p.m. Special Meeting Tuesday, April 19, 2016 Council Chambers-City Hall 25 Center Street Vermillion, South Dakota 57069 On April 19th at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers a public meeting to discuss, present, and answer questions about the possible improvements to the downtown portion of the City (Main Street from Dakota to Washington Street and one block north and south of Main Street) will be held. Possible improvements would include landscaping, sidewalks, intersection safety improvements, street lighting, seating, etc. During the meeting the City will present the conceptual plan to the public. As the public meeting is about municipal items, a quorum of City Council members may be present. No City Council action will be taken. Council Meetings: City Council regular meetings are held the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. If a meeting falls on a City holiday, the meeting will be scheduled for the following Tuesday.
