Special Meeting Agenda City Council 5:30 p.m. Special Meeting Monday, September 10, 2018 City Council Chambers 25 Center Street Vermillion, South Dakota 57069 On Monday, September 10, 2018 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., the City of Vermillion in conjunction with the South Dakota Department of Transportation will conduct an open house regarding the Vermillion Bicycle Masterplan. As this project has the potential to benefit the entire community, a quorum of City Council members may be present. No City Council action will be taken. Council Meetings: City Council regular meetings are held the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. If a meeting falls on a City holiday, the meeting will be scheduled for the following Tuesday.
