Dakota Street Vermillion, South Dakota 57069 On Thursday April 4, 2024, beginning at 5:00 p.m., some of the Vermillion City Council members will be attending the Vermillion Area Chamber and Development Company’s Annual Celebration at the Sanford Coyote Sports Center located at 1101 N. Dakota Street on the University of South Dakota campus. A quorum of City Council members may be present. No City Council action will be taken. Council Meetings: City Council regular meetings are held the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. If a meeting falls on a City holiday, the meeting will be scheduled for the following Tuesday.
