Special Meeting Agenda City Council 5:30 p.m. Special Meeting Monday, April 8, 2024 Vermillion Public Library – Kozak Room 18 Church Street Vermillion, South Dakota 57069 On Monday April 8, 2024, beginning at 5:30 p.m., some of the Vermillion City Council members will be attending a neighborhood preconstruction meeting for the Jack Powell Development Project at the Vermillion Public Library located at 18 Church Street. A quorum of City Council members may be present. No City Council action will be taken. Council Meetings: City Council regular meetings are held the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. If a meeting falls on a City holiday, the meeting will be scheduled for the following Tuesday.
