Special Meeting Agenda City Council 4:00 p.m. Special Meeting Tuesday, October 7, 2025 1250 Stanford Street Vermillion, South Dakota 57069 On Tuesday, October 7, at 4:00 p.m., some City Council members may be attending the ribbon cutting for the Clay County Law Enforcement Center & Jail. A quorum of City Council members may be present. No City Council action will be taken. Council Meetings: City Council regular meetings are held the first and third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. If a meeting falls on a City holiday, the meeting will be scheduled for the following Tuesday.
