CITY OF VERONA MINUTES FINANCE COMMITTEE AUGUST 25, 2014 VERONA CITY HALL 1. The meeting was called to order by Mac McGilvray at 6:43 p.m. 2 Roll Call: William “Mac” McGilvray, Elizabeth Doyle, Jack Linder. Also present: Jon Hochkammer, Mayor; Bill Burns, City Administrator. 3. Approval of the 8/11/2014 Finance Committee Minutes: Motion by McGilvray, seconded by Linder, to approve the 8/11/2014 Finance Committee minutes. Motion carried 3-0. 4. Payment of Bills: Motion by Linder, seconded by McGilvray, to approve the payment of bills in the amount of $473,929.57. Motion carried 3-0. 5. Approval of Audit Services Agreement with Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP for Three Year Contract Related to 2014, 2015, and 2016: Motion by McGilvray, seconded by Doyle, to recommend that the City Council approve an audit services agreement with Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP for a Three Year Contract Related to 2014, 2015, and 2016. 6. Adjournment: Motion by Linder, seconded by Doyle, to adjourn the Finance Committee Meeting at 6:56 p.m. Motion carried 3-0. Respectfully submitted, Bill Burns, City Administrator
