1. The meeting was called to order by William “Mac” McGilvray at 4:05 p.m.
2 Roll Call: William “Mac” McGilvray, Elizabeth Doyle, Jack Linder. Also present: Jon
Hochkammer, Mayor; Brad Stiner; Alderperson; Bill Burns, City Administrator; Cindy
Engelke, Finance Director; Bernie Coughlin, Police Chief; Brian Myrland Fitch-Rona EMS
Chief; Joe Giver, Fire Chief
3. Discussion and Possible Action re: 2015 City Budget
Police Department and Emergency Preparedness Budgets – Chief Bernie Coughlin
presented the requested Police Department and Emergency Preparedness budgets.
Fitch-Rona EMS Budget – Chief Brian Myrland presented the requested Fitch-Rona EMS
budget.
Fire Department Budget – Chief Joe Giver presented the requested Fire Department
budget.
4. Adjournment: Motion by McGilvray, seconded by Doyle, to adjourn the Finance
Committee Meeting at 5:40 p.m. Motion carried 3-0.
