CITY OF VERONA MINUTES FINANCE COMMITTEE APRIL 27, 2015 VERONA CITY HALL 1. The meeting was called to order by Mac McGilvray at 6:35 p.m. 2 Roll Call: William “Mac” McGilvray Jack Linder. Absent (excused): Elizabeth Doyle. Also present: Bill Burns, City Administrator; Kami Scofield, City Clerk; Jon Hochkammer, Mayor; Dale Yurs, Alderperson. 3. Approval of the 4/13/2015 Finance Committee Minutes: Motion by McGilvray, seconded by Linder, to approve the 4/13/2015 Finance Committee minutes. Motion carried 2-0. 4. Payment of Bills: Motion by Linder, seconded by McGilvray, to approve the payment of bills in the amount of $1,982,357.61. Motion carried 2-0. 5. Approval of Hop Haus Brewing Company, LLC Application for Economic Development Grant for a Reserve Class B Liquor License: Motion by McGilvray, seconded by Linder, to recommend that the Common Council approve an application for an economic development grant in the amount of $9,500 for a Reserve Class B Liquor License for the Hop Haus Brewing Company. Motion carried 2-0. 6. Adjournment: Motion by Linder, seconded by McGilvray, to adjourn the Finance Committee Meeting at 6:50 p.m. Motion carried 2-0.
