MAY 11, 2015
VERONA CITY HALL
1. The meeting was called to order by Elizabeth Doyle at 6:30 p.m.
2 Roll Call: Elizabeth Doyle, Jack Linder, Absent (excused): William “Mac” McGilvray.
Also present: Bill Burns, City Administrator; Brad Stiner, Alderperson.
3. Approval of the 4/27/2015 Finance Committee Minutes: Motion by Linder, seconded by
Doyle, to approve the 4/27/2015 Finance Committee minutes. Motion carried 2-0.
4. Payment of Bills: Motion by Doyle, seconded by Linder, to approve the payment of bills in
the amount of $554,021.35. Motion carried 2-0.
5. Out-of-Office Checks: Motion by Doyle, seconded by Linder to approve the payment of out-
of-office checks in the amount of $24,343.49. Motion carried 2-0.
6. 2016 Budget Schedule: Mr. Burns presented a tentative schedule for the City’s 2015
borrowing and the 2016 budget process.
7. Adjournment: Motion by Linder, seconded by Doyle, to adjourn the Finance Committee
Meeting at 6:46 p.m. Motion carried 2-0.
