CITY OF VERONA MINUTES FINANCE COMMITTEE JULY 27, 2015 VERONA CITY HALL 1. The meeting was called to order by Mac McGilvray at 6:34 p.m. 2 Roll Call: Jack Linder, William “Mac” McGilvray Absent (excused): Elizabeth Doyle. Also present: Bill Burns, City Administrator; Jon Hochkammer, Mayor; Brad Stiner, Alderperson. 3. Approval of the 6/22/2015 Finance Committee Minutes: Motion by McGilvray, seconded by Linder, to approve the 6/22/2015 Finance Committee minutes. Motion carried 2-0. 4. Payment of Bills: Motion by McGilvray, seconded by Linder, to approve the payment of bills in the amount of $1,680,298.21. Motion carried 2-0. 5. Out-of-Office Checks: Motion by McGilvray, seconded by Linder, to approve the payment of out-of-office checks in the amount of $6,420.00. Motion carried 2-0. 6. Copier Lease for the New Fire Station: Mr. Burns presented several options for the lease of a copier at the new fire station. The recommendation is to enter into a direct lease with the Gordon Flesch Company for a Canon C3325 copier with a 48-month lease term. Motion by Linder, seconded by McGilvray, to authorize entering into a lease with the Gordon Flesch Company for a Canon C3325 copier with a 48-month lease term (Option C). Motion carried 2-0. 7.
