CITY OF VERONA MINUTES FINANCE COMMITTEE OCTOBER 5, 2015 VERONA CITY HALL 1. The meeting was called to order by William “Mac” McGilvray at 4:38 p.m. 2 Roll Call: William “Mac” McGilvray, Elizabeth Doyle, Jack Linder. Also present: Jon Hochkammer, Mayor; Luke Diaz, Alderperson; Brad Stiner, Alderperson; Bill Burns City Administrator; City Engelke, Finance Director; Stacey Burkart, Library Director; Brian Flannery, Building Inspector; Adam Sayre, Director of Planning and Development; Mary Hanson, Senior Center Director; Bill Weigel, Municipal Court Judge. 3. Approval of the 9/28/2015 Finance Committee Minutes: Motion by McGilvray, seconded by Doyle, to approve the 9/28/2015 Finance Committee minutes. Motion carried 3-0. 4. 2016 City of Verona Operating Budgets: Library Budget – Stacey Burkart presented the requested Library budget. Building Inspection Budget – Brian Flannery presented the requested Building Inspection Budget. Planning Budget – Adam Sayre presented the requested Planning budget. Senior Center Budget– Mary Hanson presented the requested Senior Center Budget. Municipal Court – Judge Bill Weigel presented the requested Municipal Court Budget. The Finance Committee will be holding additional meetings on the 2016 budget on October 7 at 6:00 p.m., October 12 at 6:00 p.m., and October 19 at 5:00 p.m. 5.
