CITY OF VERONA MINUTES FINANCE COMMITTEE OCTOBER 7, 2015 VERONA CITY HALL 1. The meeting was called to order by William “Mac” McGilvray at 6:01 p.m. 2 Roll Call: William “Mac” McGilvray, Elizabeth Doyle, Jack Linder. Also present: Jon Hochkammer, Mayor; Luke Diaz, Alderperson; Bill Burns City Administrator; City Engelke, Finance Director; Bernie Coughlin, Police Chief; Joe Giver, Fire Chief; Brian Myrland, Fitch-Rona EMS Chief; Casey Dudley, Recreation Director; Dave Walker, Parks Director; Ron Rieder, Public Works Director. 3. 2016 City of Verona Operating Budgets: Police Budget – Bernie Coughlin presented the requested Police budget. Fire Department Budget – Joe Giver presented the requested Fire Department Budget. Fitch-Rona EMS Budget – Brian Myrland presented the requested Fitch-Rona EMS budget. Recreation Budget – Casey Dudley presented the requested Recreation Budget. Parks and Forestry Budgets– Dave Walker presented the requested Parks and Forestry Budgets. Public Works, Refuse and Recycling, Water, Sewer, and Storm Water Budgets – Ron Rieder presented the Public Works, Refuse and Recycling, and Utilities budgets. 4.
