FINANCE COMMITTEE
OCTOBER 12, 2015
VERONA CITY HALL
1. The meeting was called to order by “Mac” McGilvray at 6:07 p.m.
2 Roll Call: William “Mac” McGilvray, Elizabeth Doyle, Jack Linder. Also present: Jon
Hochkammer, Mayor; Brad Stiner, Alderperson; Bill Burns, City Administrator; Cindy
Engelke, Finance Director.
3. Approval of the 10/5/15 and 10/7/15 Finance Committee Minutes: Motion by Doyle,
seconded by McGilvray, to approve the 10/5/15 and 10/7/15 Finance Committee minutes.
Motion carried 3-0.
4. Payment of Bills: Motion by McGilvray, seconded by Linder, to approve the payment of
bills in the amount of $406,818.62. Motion carried 3-0.
5. Out-of-Office Checks: Motion by Linder, seconded by Doyle, to approve the payment of
out-of-office checks in the amount of $18,430.62. Motion carried 3-0.
6. 2016 City of Verona Proposed Operating Budgets
Mr. Burns presented the 2016 Requested Budgets for Administration, Council, Buildings
and Grounds and BTRB (Cable Access).
7. Adjournment: Motion by McGilvray, seconded by Doyle, to adjourn the Finance
Committee Meeting at 6:40 p.m. Motion carried 3-0.
