CITY OF VERONA MINUTES PERSONNEL COMMITTEE JANUARY 28, 2013 VERONA CITY HALL 1. The meeting was called to order by Richard Streich at 6:15 p.m. 2. Roll Call: Steve Ritt, Clark Solowicz, Richard Streich. Also present: Jon Hochkammer, Mayor; Bill Burns, City Administrator. 3. Approval of Minutes from the January 11, 2013 Personnel Committee Meeting: Motion by Streich, seconded by Ritt, to approve the minutes from the January 11, 2013 Personnel Committee meeting. Motion carried 3-0. 4. Adjourn into Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of discussing an employment agreement for the Director of Planning and Development position: Motion by Ritt, seconded by Solowicz, to adjourn into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c). Voting Aye: Ritt, Solowicz, and Streich. Voting No: None. The Committee returned to open session and took no action on the closed session item. 5. Adjournment: Motion by Ritt, seconded by Solowicz, to adjourn the meeting at 6:25 p.m. Motion carried 3-0. Respectfully submitted, Bill Burns, City Administrator
