PERSONNEL COMMITTEE
FEBRUARY 10, 2014
VERONA CITY HALL
1. The meeting was called to order by Elizabeth Doyle at 6:45 p.m.
2. Roll Call: Mike Bare, Elizabeth Doyle, Dale Yurs. Also present: Bill Burns, City
Administrator.
3. Approval of the Minutes of the January 27, 2014 Personnel Committee Minutes: Motion by
Bare, seconded by Yurs, to approve the minutes of the January 27, 2014 Personnel
Committee meeting. Motion carried 3-0.
4. Adjourn into Closed Session Pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) for the Purpose of
Discussing an Employment Agreement for the Senior Center Director Position: The
Committee did not adjourn into closed session. Motion by Yurs, seconded by Bare, to
recommend that the City Council approve and employment agreement with Mary Hanson
for appointment to the Senior Center Director position. Motion carried 3-0.
5. Adjournment: Motion by Bare, seconded by Yurs, to adjourn the meeting at 6:48 p.m.
Motion carried 3-0.
