JANUARY 20, 2014
VERONA CITY HALL
1. The meeting was called to order by Elizabeth Doyle at 5:03 p.m.
2. Roll Call: Mike Bare, Elizabeth Doyle, Dale Yurs. Also present: Jon Hochkammer, Mayor;
Brad Stiner, Alderperson; Jim Sweet, Verona Area Active Adults; Bill Burns, City
Administrator.
3. Approval of the Minutes of the December 18, 2013 and January 14, 2014 Personnel
Committee Minutes: Motion by Bare, seconded by Yurs, to approve the minutes of the
December 18, 2013 and January 14, 2014 Personnel Committee meetings. Motion carried
3-0.
4. Adjourn into Closed Session Pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) for the Purpose of
Consideration of Employment for the Senior Center Director Position: Motion by Bare,
seconded by Yurs, to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85 (1)(c). Voting
Aye: Bare, Doyle, Yurs. Voting No: None. The Committee reconvened in open session
and no action was taken.
5. Adjournment: Motion by Bare, seconded by Yurs, to adjourn the meeting at 6:55 p.m.
Motion carried 3-0.
