VERONA CITY HALL
1. The meeting was called to order by Mike Bare at 2:35 p.m.
2. Roll Call: Mike Bare, Dale Yurs. Absent (excused): Elizabeth Doyle. Also present: Jon
Hochkammer, Mayor; Brad Stiner, Alderperson; Jim Sweet, Verona Area Active Adults;
Bill Burns, City Administrator.
3. Adjourn into Closed Session Pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) for the Purpose of
Interviewing Candidates for the Position of Senior Center Director: Motion by Yurs,
seconded by Bare, to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85 (1)(c). Voting
Aye: Bare, Yurs. Voting No: None. The Committee reconvened in open session and no
action was taken.
4. Adjournment: Motion by Yurs, seconded by Bare, to adjourn the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
Motion carried 2-0.
