SEPTEMBER 19, 2016
VERONA CITY HALL
1. The meeting was called to order by Elizabeth Doyle at 6:30 p.m.
2. Roll Call: Elizabeth Doyle, Heather Reekie, and Scott Stewart. Also present: Jon
Hochkammer, Mayor; Brad Stiner, Alderman
3. Review of Building Inspector Position Description: Committee reviewed and discussed
the current position description. By consensus, approval of revisions to the position
description and approval of position advertisement to be provided to Personnel
Committee by email prior to submission. Submission of advertisement will be to local
and State newspapers, GovJobs.com, and selected trade journals.
4. Adjournment: Motion by Doyle, seconded by Reekie, to adjourn the meeting at 8:25
p.m. Motion carried 3-0.
