MINUTES
1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Chair Scott Manley at 5:47
p.m.
2. Roll Call: Members Present: Scott Manley and Dale Yurs. Others Present:
Bernie Coughlin; Police Chief, and Kami Lynch, City Clerk.
3. Approval of Minutes. Motion by Yurs, seconded by Manley to approve the
minutes of the April 22, 2013 meeting. Motion carried 2/0.
4. Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a Special Event
Permit requiring an Amplifying Device Permit for a concert on the rooftop of
Park Bank during the Hometown Days Parade on Sunday, June 9, 2013.
Motion by Yurs, seconded by Manley to approve the Special Event Permit and
Amplifying Device Permit for the rooftop concert at Park Bank on Sunday June
9, 2013. Motion carried 2/0.
5. Adjournment. Motion by Yurs, seconded by Manley to adjourn the meeting at
5:57 p.m. Motion carried 2/0.
