MINUTES
1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Manley at 5:32
p.m.
2. Roll Call: Members Present: Michael Bare, Scott Manley, and Dale Yurs.
Others Present: Bernie Coughlin, Police Chief; Bill Burns, City Administrator;
and Kami Scofield, City Clerk.
3. Approval of Minutes. Motion by Bare, seconded by Yurs to approve the
minutes from the September 23, 2013 meeting. Motion carried 3/0.
4. Discussion and possible action regarding Ordinance No. 13-836 Amending
Section 13 of Chapter 1 of Title 10 of the Code of Ordinances; Motor Vehicles
and Traffic, Required Stops. Chief Coughlin provided information on the item.
Due to construction build-outs on phases of developments the ordinance
allows for the placement of stop signs in Liberty Business Park, Cathedral Point
and Scenic Ridge. Motion by Yurs, seconded by Bare to recommend that the
Common Council approve Ordinance No. 13-836. Motion carried 3/0.
5. Adjournment. Motion by Bare, seconded by Yurs to adjourn the meeting at
5:39 p.m. Motion carried 3/0.
