CITY OF VERONA PUBLIC WORKS/SEWER & WATER COMMITTEE MONDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2016 – 5:00 P.M. VERONA CITY CENTER AGENDA 1. Call to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Approval of the minutes of the October 24, 2016 meeting of the Public Works/Sewer and Water Committee. 4. Discussion and possible action regarding change order no. 1 for Project 2016-109, Bike/Ped Project 4: Bike Lane Pavement Striping. 5. Discussion and possible action regarding Third Amendment to Agreement for Land Division Improvements at Liberty Business Park for Liberty Drive Extension. The Public Works/Sewer and Water Committee may convene in a closed session, as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e), for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons deem a closed session necessary. The Public Works/Sewer and Water Committee may reconvene in an open session to discuss and take action on the subject matter discussed in the closed session. 6. Discussion and possible action regarding insurance claim at 523 Basswood Avenue due to storm event on July 21, 2016.
