CITY OF VERONA MINUTES PUBLIC WORKS/SEWER & WATER COMMITTEE MONDAY, JANUARY 9, 2016 1. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Touchett at 5:19pm. 2. Roll Call: Present: Mac McGilvray, Evan Touchett, Luke Diaz (entered at 5:34pm). Also present: Theran Jacobson, Director of Public Works; Jeff Mikorski, City Administrator; Jeff Montpas, AECOM (City Engineer entered at 5:45 pm). 3. MOVED by McGilvray, seconded by Touchett, to approve the minutes of the December 12, 2016 meeting of the Public Works/Sewer and Water Committee. Motion carried 2-0. 4. MOVED by McGilvray, seconded by Touchett, to recommend approval of Resolution R-17- 006 for acceptance of public improvements at Cathedral Point Phase 6 construction in 2016. Motion carried 2-0. 5. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by McGilvray, to recommend approval of Resolution R-17- 007 Amended Relocation Order, and determination of necessity related to CTH M and CTH PD transportation project contingent on design study report approval. Motion carried 2-0. 6. No action taken regarding land sale at 2760 N. Nine Mound Road. Mr. McGilvray noted a sewer ordinance to be created for use of septic fields within City limits under special circumstances. City staff and attorney to draft language and present at future committee meeting. 7. Mr. Diaz entered at 5:34pm 8. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Diaz, to recommend approval of Developers Agreement for Hometown Grove. Motion carried 3-0. 9. Mr. Montpas entered at 5:45pm 10.
