CITY OF VERONA MINUTES PUBLIC WORKS/SEWER & WATER COMMITTEE MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2017 1. The meeting was called to order by Mr. McGilvray at 5:05pm. 2. Roll Call: Present: Mac McGilvray, Luke Diaz. Also present: Theran Jacobson, Director of Public Works; Jeff Montpas, City Engineer, AECOM; Jeff Mikorski, City Administrator. Excused: Evan Touchett. 3. MOVED by McGilvray, seconded by Diaz, to approve the minutes of the July 24th, 2017 meeting of the Public Works/Sewer and Water Committee. Motion carried 2-0. 4. Mr. Jacobson gave a brief overview of Suez asset management program for water storage tanks. Formal presentation to be given September 25, 2017. 5. MOVED by McGilvray, seconded by Diaz, to approve change order no. 1 for Project IDs 2016- 103, 2016-114 and 2016-122 Traffic Signal Projects in the amount not to exceed $27,074.41. Motion carried 2-0. 6. MOVED by McGilvray, seconded by Diaz, to approve change order no. 2 for Project ID 2015- 104 Downtown Streetscape Stage II and III in the amount not to exceed $49,937.01. Motion carried 2-0. 7. MOVED by McGilvray, seconded by Diaz, to approve amendment no. 4 for 2014 Municipal Stormwater Services in the amount not to exceed $14,500.00. Motion carried 2-0. 8. MOVED by McGilvray, seconded by Diaz, to approve partial release of platted public utility easement at Cross Point Estates, contingent upon private utility releases. Motion carried 2-0. 9.
