CITY OF VERONA MINUTES PUBLIC WORKS/SEWER & WATER COMMITTEE MONDAY, APRIL 23, 2018 1. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Touchett at 5:17pm. 2. Roll Call: Present: Evan Touchett, Chad Kemp, Sarah Gaskell. Also present: Theran Jacobson, Director of Public Works; Jeff Mikorski, City Administrator; Jeff Montpas, City Engineer, AECOM. 3. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Kemp, to approve the minutes of the April 9, 2018 meeting of the Public Works/Sewer and Water Committee. Motion carried 3-0. 4. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Kemp, to recommend approval of the developer agreement for Cathedral Point Phase 8. Motion carried 3-0. 5. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Kemp, to recommend awarding construction contract for Project 2017-115, Well 6, to Maddrell Excavating of Brodhead, WI, in the amount not to exceed $2,604,102.50. Motion carried 3-0. 6. MOVED by Kemp, seconded by Gaskell, to recommend approval of professional services agreement for construction administration under Project 2017-115, Well 6, with AECOM in the amount not to exceed $130,150.00. Motion carried 3-0. 7. MOVED by Kemp, seconded by Gaskell, to recommend awarding construction contract for Project 2018-107, CTH M/Thousand Oaks/Liberty Drive traffic signals to Integrity Grading and Excavating, Inc. of Schofield, WI in the amount not to exceed $576,111.96. Motion carried 3-0. 8. MOVED by Kemp, seconded by Gaskell, to recommend approval of professional services agreement for construction administration under Project 2018-107 CTH M/Thousand Oaks/Liberty Drive traffic signals with AECOM in the amount not to exceed $34,860.00. Motion carried 3-0. 9. MOVED by Kemp, seconded by Gaskell, to recommend awarding construction contract for Project 2017-113, CTH M and Locust Drive pedestrian improvements to Parisi Construction of Verona, WI in the amount not to exceed $1,295,570.25. Motion carried 3-0. 10. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Kemp, to recommend approval of professional services agreement under Project 2017-113, CTH M and Locust Drive pedestrian improvements with AECOM in the amount not to exceed $55,000.00. Motion carried 3-0. 11. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Kemp, to recommend awarding the construction contract for Project 2018-103, Concrete Rehabilitation to Parisi Construction of Verona, WI in the amount not to exceed $774,145.40.
