PUBLIC WORKS/SEWER & WATER COMMITTEE
MONDAY, JULY 9, 2018
1. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Touchett at 5:15pm.
2. Roll Call: Present: Evan Touchett, Chad Kemp, Sarah Gaskell. Also present: Theran Jacobson, Director of
Public Works; Jeff Mikorski, City Administrator.
3. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Kemp, to approve the minutes of the June 11, 2018 meeting of the
Public Works/Sewer and Water Committee. Motion carried 3-0.
4. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Gaskell, to recommend approval of the term sheet with T-Mobile
(Black Dot) regarding lease of water tower space. Motion carried 3-0.
5. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Kemp, to approve and recommend submittal of the Sanitary Sewer
Compliance Maintenance Annual Report to the WI-DNR. Motion carried 3-0.
6. MOVED by Kemp, seconded by Touchett, to recommend purchasing land necessary on Parcel 2 for
Transportation Project Plat 100-00-53100-230-173 under Project ID 2016-123, CTH PD, accepting
administrative revisions. Motion carried 3-0.
7. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Kemp, to adjourn at 5:44pm. Motion carried 3-0.

Committee.
4. Discussion and action regarding agreement with T-Mobile (Black Dot) regarding lease of water tower
space.
5. Discussion and possible action regarding 2017 Sanitary Sewer Compliance Maintenance Annual Report.
6. Discussion and action regarding offer to purchase for lands necessary on Parcel 2 for Transportation
Project Plat 100-00-53100-230-173 under Project ID 2016-123, CTH PD. The Public Works/Sewer and
Water Committee may convene in a closed session, as authorized by Wisconsin Statute
19.85(1)(e), for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the
investing of public funds or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or
bargaining reasons deem a closed session necessary. The Public Works/Sewer and Water
Committee may reconvene in an open session to discuss and take action on the subject matter
discussed in the closed session.
