CITY OF VERONA MINUTES PUBLIC WORKS/SEWER & WATER COMMITTEE MONDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2018 1. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Touchett at 5:03pm. 2. Roll Call: Present: Evan Touchett, Chad Kemp. Also present: Theran Jacobson, Director of Public Works; Jeff Mikorski, City Administrator. 3. MOVED by Kemp, seconded by Touchett, to approve the minutes of the October 8, 2018 meeting of the Public Works/Sewer and Water Committee. Motion carried 2-0. Sarah Gaskell entered at 5:05pm. Jeff Montpas, City Engineer, AECOM, entered at 5:07pm. 4. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Kemp, to recommend approval of Addendum to Intergovernmental Agreement for the Madison Area Municipal Stormwater Partnership. Motion carried 3-0. 5. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Kemp, to recommend approval of project closeout and change order no. 1 for Project ID 2018-101, 2018 Asphaltic Rehabilitation. Motion carried 3-0. 6. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Gaskell, to recommend approval of project closeout and change order no. 1 for Project ID 2018-102, 2018 Seal Coat. Motion carried 3-0. 7. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Kemp, to recommend approval of project closeout and change order no. 1 for Project ID 2018-103, 2018 Concrete Rehabilitation. Motion carried 3-0. 8. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Gaskell, to recommend approval of project closeout and change order no. 1 for Project ID 2016-105.2, Downtown Streets Reconstruction Phase II. Motion carried 3-0. 9. MOVED by Touchett, seconded by Kemp, to recommend approval of project closeout and change order no. 1 for Project ID 2017-108, Parking Lot Reconstruction. Motion carried 3-0. 10.
