Call to order: Meeting called to order by B. Tucker Long at 5:30pm. 2. Roll call: Beth Tucker Long, Brandon Braithwaite, Spencer Lokken. Also Present Carla Fischer (AECOM), Kyle Neeve (AECOM), Adam Waszak, Interim Director of Public Works. 3. Public Comment: None. 4. Approval of the minutes: April 22, 2024. Moved by S. Lokken and seconded by B. Braithwaite. Motion carried 3-0. 5. Discussion and Possible Action: Construction Inspection Services Contract – Kettle Creek Phase 7 (JT Engineering). Moved by B. Braithwaite and seconded by S. Lokken. Motion carried 3-0. 6. Discussion and Possible Action: Design Engineering Services Agreement – Mark Drive Project #2024- 105 (AECOM) A. Waszak clarified that the phase 1 would start at the eastern project limits and extend to roughly 300’ east of Sheele ct. Moved by S. Lokken and seconded by B. Braithwaite. Motion carried 3-0. 7. Discussion and Possible Action: Pay Request #1 Project 2023-105. Moved by B. Tucker Long and seconded by S. Lokken. Motion carried 3-0. 8. Staff Report: Eastview Reconstruct (Project #2023-105): A. Waszak updated the project is on schedule and paving should begin at the end of August.  West Road Project: A. Waszak updated the Committee on the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Public Hearing that was held on May 9th. 9. Adjourn Motion to adjourn at m by B. Tucker Long and seconded by S. Lokken. Motion carried 3-0.
