Roll Call Beth Tucker Long, Chris Weiss Also present: Rick Eilertson (AECOM), Bryan Manning-Public Works Director, Michael Trotter-Assistant Public Works Director 3. Public Comment. Bill Biesmann, KL Engineering, appeared before the committee to request the city determine a path forward to allow them to complete SWMP updates. Bill explained the hurdles that the developer has had to overcome to move forward. 4. Approval of the Minutes: May 27, 2025. Moved by Beth Tucker Long and seconded by Chris Weiss to approve the minute. Motion passed 2-0 5. Discussion: 2025 Surface Rehabilitation Program: Edwards Street with Sidewalk addition. City Staff explained the design and construction of the sidewalk with the resurfacing of Edwards Street. 6. Staff Report: 7.
