Public Comment None 4. Approval of the Minutes: Moved by Beth Tucker Long and seconded by Melissa Kellor to approve the minutes from November 24, 2025, meeting. Motion passed 2-0 5. Discussion and Possible Action: Project 2025-101 Asphalt Pavement Rehabilitation Wolf Paving Inc. pay request #1. Moved by Melissa Kellor and seconded by Beth Tucker Long, to approve pay request #1 Project 2025-101 Asphalt Pavement Rehabilitation, Wolf Paving Inc. for the sum not to exceed $431,470.91 Motion passed 2-0 6. Discussion and Possible Action: Project 2023-105 Eastview Road Reconstruction Parisi Construction Inc. final pay request #11. Moved by Beth Tucker Long and seconded by Melissa Kellor to approve final pay request #11 Project 2023-105 Eastview Road Reconstruction Parisi Construction Inc. for the sum not to exceed $43,692.24 Motion passed 2-0 7. Public Comment Concerns about possible Public Works site. Dale Beske 6422 Shady Bend Road Town of Verona. Dale was following up on a signature letter of 13 residents for concerns of traffic safety, visual and environmental degradation, water and air quality concerns, road degradation, visual degradation and property devaluation. Janet Nodorft 6415 Shady Bend Town of Verona stated a nearby house just sold for 1.4 million and is concerned about property values and the City following its comprehensive plan. 4. Approval of the Minutes: Moved by Chris Weiss and seconded by Beth Tucker Long to approve the minutes from October 13, 2025, meeting. Motion passed 2-0 5.
