Public Comment Concerns about possible Public Works site. Dale Beske 6422 Shady Bend Road Town of Verona. Dale was following up on a signature letter of 13 residents for concerns of traffic safety, visual and environmental degradation, water and air quality concerns, road degradation, visual degradation and property devaluation. Janet Nodorft 6415 Shady Bend Town of Verona stated a nearby house just sold for 1.4 million and is concerned about property values and the City following its comprehensive plan. 4.
