Voting aye: Mayor Flaggs, Alderman Mayfield, Alderman Thompson. None voting nay, the hearing proceeded as follows: Today being the date set for hearing the appeal of the Warren County Board of Supervisors from the decision of the Board of Architectural Review rendered in meeting held on October 14, 2014, appealing the decision of the Board of Architectural Review to deny their request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Demolition of 1015 and 1019 Adams Street, which was thereupon ordered filed. The testimony as taken by Amy Key, CCR, bonded reporter, is made a matter of record hereof as though fully set out herein. The minutes of the Board of Architectural Review meeting are made a matter of record hereof as though fully set out herein. B. Blake Teller, ESQ. (representing the Warren Count Board of Supervisors) presented his case to the City as follows: Upon motion of Alderman Mayfield, seconded by Mayor Flaggs, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to take under advisement the ruling of the Board of Architectural Review denying the request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Demolition of 1015 and 1019 Adams Street. Voting aye, Mayor Flaggs, Alderman Mayfield, Alderman Thompson. None voting nay, the motion was unanimously adopted. Upon completion of testimony, on motion of Alderman Thompson, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to close the hearing of the Warren Count Board of Supervisors.
