ID-14-0828 Approve Claims Docket Alderman Mayfield recused himself from the Board Meeting. The City Clerk presented the Docket of Claims numbering 124183 through 124358; 696 through 699. Refund checks numbering 9904902 through 9904938. On motion of Alderman Thompson, seconded by Mayor Flaggs, the Mayor and Alderman voted to approve Claims Docket. ID-14-0858 Longevity - Fire Department (1) On motion of Alderman Thompson, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve Personnel Matter for Longevity Pay for Administrative Assistant from $18.10 per hour to $18.19 per hour for five years of service in the Fire Department. ID-14-0859 Longevity - City Court (1) On motion of Alderman Thompson, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the Personnel Matter for Longevity Pay for Deputy Court Court from $14.15 per hour to $14.23 per hour for ten years of service in the City Court.
