The City Clerk presented report of Mayor and Treasure from the Vicksburg Police Department in the amount of $140,341.54 for April 2015. The City Clerk presented the April 2015 Detailed Budget Report for Approval. Attachments: Supporting documentation following minutes: On motion of Alderman Thompson, seconded by Mayor Pro-Tem Mayfield, the Mayor Pro-Tem and Alderman voted to approve the following Reports: City Sexton, Privilege License, Mayor and Treasure, Detail Budget Report, Monthly Tax Collection, Delinquent Tax Collection. The motion was unanimously adopted by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Mayfield, and Alderman Thompson Executive Session: Mayor Pro-Tem Mayfield moved the Mayor Pro-Tem and Alderman go into a closed meeting to determine if the Board should go into executive session. The motion was seconded by Alderman Thompson. Voting aye, Mayor Pro-Tem Mayfield, Alderman Thompson. None voting nay, the motion was unanimously adopted. The Mayor Pro-Tem and Alderman discussed whether or not they should go into executive session. ID-15-0584 Permission to Post - Cashier - Water and Gas Administration (1) On motion of Alderman Thompson, seconded by Mayor Pro-Tem Mayfield, the Mayor Pro-Tem and Alderman voted to approve Request to Post for Cashier in the Water and Gas Administration. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Mayfield, and Alderman Thompson L. ID-15-0638 Personnel Matter - Human Resource (1) M. ID-15-0639 Personnel Matter - Engineering Department (1) On motion of Alderman Thompson, seconded by Mayor Pro-Tem Mayfield, the Mayor Pro-Tem and Alderman voted to approve repayment owed by an Administrative Assistant in the Engineering Department to the City of Vicksburg for 3.70 leave hours, for a total of $73.78. This amount will be deducted from her next paycheck. The motion was unanimously adopted.
