Alderman Thompson moved to go into executive session to discuss Personnel Action Forms for Longevity Pay in the Fire Department (1); Pay Adjustment in the Information Technology Department (1), Recreation/Jackson Street (1), Police Department (2); Retirement in the Parks and Recreation Maintenance (1); Pay Adjustment in the Street Department (2). The motion was seconded by Alderman Mayfield, and upon vote being taken, the following voting aye: Mayor Flaggs, Alderman Thompson, Alderman Mayfield. The motion was adopted unanimously. ID-16-1668 Pay Adjustment - Information Technology Department (1) On motion of Alderman Mayfield, seconded by Alderman Thompson, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve Pay Adjustment for Part-Time IT Worker from $54.08 per hour to $55.16 per hour in the Information Technology Department. ID-16-1669 Pay Adjustment - Recreation/Jackson Street (1) On motion of Alderman Mayfield, seconded by Alderman Thompson, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve Pay Adjustment for Helper at $8.00 per hour to $8.16 per hour in the Recreation/Jackson Street Program.
