ID-21-0288 Disciplinary Hearing - Police Department (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the Disciplinary Hearing of an Officer in the Police Department. Officer has been suspended since January 21, 2021 pending the outcome of her trial for violation of the City of Vicksburg's Arrest Policy. An Order of Dismissal has been submitted dismissing all charges for both charges. The recommendation is to allow the employee to return to work on her next scheduled shift.
