Monsour Jr. Absent: 1- Mayor George Flaggs Jr. A. ID-22-1067 Authorize City Clerk to Advertise Sealed Bids for Vicksburg Erosion Control Projects: 1. Crestline Lane Culvert 2. Crestline Lane, Green Hill Drive and Sturgis Street Attachments: Advertisement for Bids_Crestline Culvert Advertisement for Bids_Crest Green Sturgis On motion of Mayor Pro-Tem Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, Sr., the Mayor Pro-Tem and Alderman voted to authorize the City Clerk to Advertise Sealed Bids for Vicksburg Erosion Control Projects: 1. Crestline Lane Culvert; 2. Crestline Lane, Green Hill Drive and Sturgis Street. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Mayfield Sr., and Alderman Monsour Jr. B. ID-22-1068 Authorize Mayor to Execute Professional Services Agreement By and Between the City of Vicksburg and WEI/AJA, LLC for 2022 Vicksburg Street Paving Program Attachments: waggoner street paving contract On motion of Mayor Pro-Tem Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, Sr., the Mayor Pro-Tem and Alderman voted to authorize the Mayor to Execute Professional Services Agreement By and Between the City of Vicksburg and WEI/AJA, LLC for 2022 Vicksburg Street Paving Program. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Mayfield Sr., and Alderman Monsour Jr. C. ID-22-1069 Adopt Resolution to Rename the Vicksburg City Auditorium The Ardis T. Williams. Sr. Auditorium and Placement of Portrait of Ardis T. Williams, Sr. in the Lobby Attachments: Resolution Ardis On motion of Mayor Pro-Tem Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, Sr., the Mayor Pro-Tem and Alderman voted to adopt the Resolution to Rename the Vicksburg City Auditorium The Ardis T. Williams. Sr. Auditorium and Placement of Portrait of Ardis T. Williams, Sr. in the Lobby.
