Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance and Call to Order Invocation was given by Mayor George Flaggs, Jr. Pledge of Allegiance was led by Alderman Michael A. Mayfield, Sr. 2. Roll Call Also Present: Kim Nailor, City Attorney Walter W. Osborne, Jr., City Clerk Present: 2 - Mayor George Flaggs Jr. Alderman Michael A. Mayfield Sr. Absent: 1 - Alderman Alex J. Monsour Jr. Routine Agenda: A. ID-22-1203 Adopt Resolution to Reject all Bids received for the Construction of New Animal Shelter. On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, Sr., the Mayor and Alderman voted to Reject all Bids received for the Construction of the New Animal Shelter. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 2- Mayor Flaggs Jr., and Alderman Mayfield Sr. B. ID-22-1204 Authorize City Clerk to re-advertise Sealed Bids for the Construction of New Animal Shelter. On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, Sr., the Mayor and Alderman voted to authorize the City Clerk to re-advertise Sealed Bids for the Construction of the New Animal Shelter. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 2- Mayor Flaggs Jr., and Alderman Mayfield Sr. Adjournment There being no further business appearing, on motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, Sr. and unanimously passed.
