Accounting; 2. Grants; 3. Police; 4. Public Works. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs Jr., Alderman Mayfield Sr., and Alderman Monsour Jr. Executive Session: Mayor Flaggs, Jr. moved the Mayor and Aldermen go into a closed meeting to determine if the Board should go into executive session. The motion was seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr. Voting aye, Mayor Flaggs, Jr., Alderman Mayfield, Sr., Alderman Monsour, Jr. None voting nay, the motion was unanimously adopted. The Mayor and Aldermen discussed whether they should go into executive session. Mayor Flaggs, Jr. moved to go into executive session to discuss Personnel Action Forms for: Longevity Pay - City Court (1); Longevity Pay - Auditorium (1); Longevity Pay - Vehicle Maintenance (1); Longevity Pay - Ambulance Department (1); Pay Adjustment - Recreation Department (1). The motion was seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr. Upon vote being taken, the following voted aye: Mayor Flaggs, Jr., Alderman Mayfield, Sr., Alderman Monsour, Jr. The motion was adopted unanimously. The Mayor and Aldermen announced they would go into executive session to discuss Personnel Action Forms for: Longevity Pay - City Court (1); Longevity Pay - Auditorium (1); Longevity Pay - Vehicle Maintenance (1); Longevity Pay - Ambulance Department (1); Pay Adjustment - Recreation Department (1). The Mayor and Aldermen are now in executive session. Those present at the executive session were Mayor Flaggs, Jr., Alderman Mayfield, Sr., Alderman Monsour, Jr., Monica Allen - Prosecuting City Attorney, Walter W. Osborne, Jr. - City Clerk, Tasha W. ID-23-0755 Longevity Pay - City Court (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the .20 cents Longevity Pay of a Municipal Court Clerk from $22.5293 per hour to $22.7293 per hour, effective June 20, 2023 in City Court. Employee is entitled to an increase of .20 cents per hour for five (5) years of service. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs Jr., Alderman Mayfield Sr., and Alderman Monsour Jr. B. ID-23-0756 Longevity Pay - Auditorium (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the .20 cents Longevity Pay of an Assistant Manager from $15.25 per hour to $15.45($15.25+.20) per hour, effective June 29, 2023 at the Auditorium. Employee is entitled to an additional .20 cents pay increase for one (1) year of service. ID-23-0757 Longevity Pay - Vehicle Maintenance (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the .20cents Longevity Pay of a Mechanic II from $12.04 per hour to $12.24($12.04+.20) per hour, effective June 29, 2023. Employee is entitled to an increase of .20 cents for one (1) year of service in Vehicle Maintenance. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs Jr., Alderman Mayfield Sr., and Alderman Monsour Jr. D. ID-23-0758 Longevity Pay - Ambulance Department (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to approve the .20 cents Longevity Pay of an EMS Info Specialist from $15.4836 per hour to $15.68($15.4836+.20) per hour, effective June 29, 2023 in the Ambulance Department. Employee is entitled to and increase of .20 cents for one (1) year of service. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs Jr., Alderman Mayfield Sr., and Alderman Monsour Jr. E.
