The Mayor and Alderman thanked Ms. Southard for attending the meeting. B. ID-23-1268 Discuss Southern Cultural Heritage Center Updates Ms. Stacey Mahoney, of the Southern Cultural Heritage Center, came before the Board to inform the public of the upcoming events at the Southern Cultural Heritage Center for the month of October 2023 and invited the public to attend. The Mayor and Alderman thanked Ms. Mahoney for attending the meeting. C. ID-23-1300 Accept the following recommendations of the Lease Purchase Financing Selection Committee: 1. The Board allow the proposal received prior to the deadline be opened and read aloud during the Board meeting and said interest rate and payment 2.
