Greg Howard 5. Oretha Horton On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Alderman voted to Appoint Election Commissioners, Alfreda Gibson, Dell Rogers, Trudy James-Brown, Greg Howard and Oretha Horton for the Ward I Alderman Special Election. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 2- Mayor Flaggs Jr., and Alderman Monsour Jr. B. ID-24-0295 Adopt Resolution Calling For A Special Election To Fill The Unexpired Term Of Ward 1 Alderman Michael A.
