Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Pro Tem Monsour, Jr. 2. Roll Call Also present: Lee Thames, City Attorney Deborah A. Kaiser-Nickson, City Clerk Present: 2- Alderman Thomas Mayfield Alderman Alex J. Monsour Jr. Absent: 1- Mayor George Flaggs Jr. Routine Agenda: A. ID-24-0944 Authorize Mayor Pro Tem to execute Contract with DDD Construction & Sales for Animal Shelter Site Improvements in the amount of $300,169.95 On motion of Mayor Pro Tem Monsour, Jr., seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor Pro Tem and Alderman voted to Authorize the execution of a Contract with DDD Construction & Sales for Animal Shelter Site Improvements in the amount of $300,169.95.
