ID-25-1250 Longevity Pay - Ambulance (1) On motion of Alderwoman Bailey, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Approve the Longevity Pay of an Emergency Medical Technician by changing the hourly rate from $12.12 to $12.22 (12.02+.10+.10), effective November 1, 2025. The employee is entitled to an additional $.10 per hour increase for two (2) years of service. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Thompson, Alderman Mayfield, and Alderwoman Bailey E. ID-25-1251 Longevity Pay - Police (1) On motion of Alderwoman Bailey, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Approve the Longevity Pay of an Front Desk Clerk by changing the hourly rate from $15.60 to $15.80 (15.00+.20+.20 +.20+.20), effective November 4, 2025. ID-25-1253 Pay Adjustment - Safety (1) On motion of Alderwoman Bailey, seconded by Alderman Mayfield, the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Approve the Pay Adjustment for an Administrative Assistant from a current rate of $19.39/hour to a new rate of $20.39/hour, effective October 20, 2025. The employee will receive an additional $1.00/hour per the Interim Supervisor Policy.
