MEMBERS ABSENT: Patty Hanley STAFF: Planning and Zoning Director David Levy, Zoning Administrator Andrea West, Planner Sharmaine Abaied, and Board Clerk Yaska Camacho Castillo. Ms. West gave the Board a brief presentation regarding the proposed sign regulation changes that included: • Current Sign Code – Article 19 • Proposed Sign Code- Article 5 • General Regulations – Section 18-94 • Permanent Signs – Section 18-95 • Proposed Zones & Districts • Reorganizing/modernizing – Zone District / Dimensional Standards The Board discussed the proposed changes and recommended the following: • An additional work session (Date TBD) • Track changes (old vs. new) Meeting Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 9:24 AM.
