Roll Call Members Sharon Baum, Susan Stillman, Carey Sienicki were present with Theresa Bachmann presiding as chair. Michael Cheselka is absent. Also in attendance, representing town staff, were Andrea West, Town Planner and Jennifer Murphy, Clerk to the Board. Minutes The June 4, July 2, and November 5, 2019 meeting minutes were accepted. Regular Business Request for a Revision to a Certificate of Appropriateness for the exterior modification (second floor addition, front porch, and new siding, paint and windows) of the property located at 344 Orchard Street NW, Docket No. 02-19-WHBR, in the RS-16, single-family detached residential zoning district; filed by Swaroop Parekh & Naveena Sompalli, home owners. Providing a summary of proposed work, staff representative Andrea West stated that the applicant received approval at the July 2, 2019 meeting for a new single-family dwelling. The applicant is now requesting minor revisions to the approved project for the front door, exterior stone, garage door, and roof materials. Myra Pagano of JDA Custom Homes Inc. was present representing the application, stated that the property has been sold. The revisions are per the homeowner’s request. Samples of revised materials were passed round for review. Ms. Pagano explained that the metal roof and shingle will be in black. The garage doors has been changed to, two single doors and one double door with obscured glass. The stone has been changed to a dark gray. Ms. Stillman asked if all of the glass will be changed. Ms. Pagano explained the front door will be changed to a frosted glass, which is shown in blue on the plans. There being no further discussion a motion was in order. There being no further discussion, Chairwoman Bachmann called the question.
