Town of Vienna 127 Center Street South Vienna, Virginia 22180 p: 703.255.6341 TTY 7111 Meeting Minutes Windover Heights Review Board Tuesday, March 3, 2020 7:30 PM COUNCIL CHAMBERS-VIENNA TOWN HALL The Windover Heights Board of Review met in regular session at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 in the Council Chambers at the Vienna Town Hall, 127 Center Street, South, Vienna, VA. Roll Call Chairwoman Teresa Bachmann, Michael Cheselka, and Sharon Baum were present. Susan Stillman was absent. Also in attendance representing town staff, Town Planner, Andrea West (Permits and Design Review) and Jennifer Murphy, Clerk to the Board. Minutes Review of meeting minutes were tabled to the next meeting. Regular Business Request for revision to a Certificate of Appropriateness for a new single family detached residential dwelling on the property located at 222 Lovers Lane NW, Docket No. WHBR-03-19, in the RS-16, single-family detached residential zoning district; filed by 222 Lovers Land, LLC, Inc., owner, and JDA Custom Homes, Inc., builder. Ms. West provided a brief presentation, stating that this is a revised application originally approved in 2019. The applicant recently revised application once before. The current revision request includes the addition of stone pillars with light fixtures at the end of driveway. In addition they would like to change the approved house color to Mohican Sage. Proposed colors and material samples were passed around for review. Jordan Rice, JDA Custom Home was present on behalf of the application. Ms. Rice stated that she had nothing further to add and asked to answer any questions. Ms. Baum asked if green siding would abut against the stone. Mr. Rice answered yes, stating that it will abut all stone, which will remain the same. Mr. Cheselka asked if there will be a stone cap. Mr. Rice answered yes; it will be a limestone cap. There being no further questions, Chairwoman Bachmann called for a motion.
