Adoption of the Continuity of Government allowed board members, staff, and applicants to participate electronically. Roll Call Chairwoman Theresa Bachmann, Michael Cheselka, Sharon Baum, Julie Kyllo, and Craig Burns were present participating via Zoom. Also, in attendance and representing town staff were Town Planner, Andrea West, via zoom and, attending at Town Hall, Principal Planner, Kelly O’Brien moderating the online meeting, and Clerk to the Board, Jennifer Murphy. Chairwoman Bachmann read the resolution aloud for the record. Motion: Bachmann Roll call vote: 5-0 Approval of the Minutes: October 6, 2020 Ms. Baum made a motion that the October 6, 2020, meeting minutes be accepted as presented. Motion: Baum Second: Cheselka Carried: 5-0 Regular Business Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for installation of a new fence on the property located at 212 West St. NW, Docket No.WHBR-01-21, in the RS-16, single-family detached residential zoning district; filed by Lynn Stattel, property owner. Lynn Stattel, owner was present participating by Zoom. Staff representative, Ms. West presented staff’s report, stating that application is for installation of new 4 ft, black aluminum, and wood replacement fence. The applicant verified that all posts will be set in concrete and that option A, the Quad Fleur finial, Town of Vienna Page 1 Printed on 6/22/2022 Windover Heights Review Board Meeting Minutes March 2, 2021 will be attached to the black aluminum fence. There being no further discussion a motion was in order. Ms. Baum motioned that request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for installation of a new fence on the property located at 212 West St. NW, Docket No. WHBR-01-21, in the RS-16, single-family detached residential zoning district be approved as presented. Motion: Baum Second: Cheselka Roll Call Vote: 5-0 Newest member Craig Burns was introduced. Mr. Burns is a member of the Conservation and Sustainability Commission (CSC) and will be a representative to the board. Additional discussion included the upcoming Walk on the Hill, which is still scheduled to occur. Meeting Adjournment There being no further discussion the meeting was adjourned at 7:51 pm.
